Prior to the Jeju workshop a two page paper laying out some initial thoughts about how the POWPA might be refined and developed post-2010 has been prepared. This paper is available for download below in English, Spanish and French.
Following extensive feedback and input on this paper a more comprehensive (36 pages) version of the paper is now available to help start discussions in Jeju. This paper is also available for download below.
