Commission on Environmental Law (CEL)
The ELP's programme of activities is delivered through the collective efforts of the Environmental Law Centre (ELC) in Bonn and the Commission on Environmental Law (CEL), an extensive global volunteer network of over 500 environmental law specialists in more than 130 countries;
CEL advances environmental law by developing new legal concepts and instruments, and by building the capacity of societies to employ environmental law for conservation and sustainable development.
