IUCN RECOMMENDATIONS TO THIRD PARTIES

The last IUCN World Conservation Congress took place from the 6th to the 15th of September 2012 in Jeju, Republic of Korea. It gathered IUCN Members to define the positions of the Union on multiple issues, and to shape activities to be undertaken in the next four years. Some of the Resolutions and Recommendations adopted mandated the Director General to contact specific organizations, governments and entities to share IUCN's views on specific topics. This contact is frequently done in a form of a letter. The letters displayed below show positions on matters to be communicated simultaneously to a wide range of institutions.
