Nominate your candidate for the Equator Prize Inititative 2010

This biennial prize recognizes and celebrates community success in poverty reduction through the conservation of biodiversity, and the response since the first call for nominations has been remarkably positive.

We encourage you to take advantage today of the remaining 10 days to nominate groups who have demonstrated outstanding practices and achievement in poverty reduction and biodiversity conservation. As a winner, the groups you nominate would receive a monetary award, recognition for their work and an opportunity to shape international policy-making.

Nominations can also be sent via email, fax or mail until 28 February 2010
