A third meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Carpathian Convention (COP3) was held on 25 - 27 May in Bratislava, Slovak Republic. The meeting brought together representatives of the parties to the Carpathian Convention (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Ukraine), representatives of the EC, Italy, the Alpine Convention, as well as numerous observers (ICPDR, IUCN, UNWTO, WWF, etc.).
