The IUCN Western and Central Africa Regional Office (PACO) is currently seeking a qualified consultant to develop an Action Plan for the Capacity Building Programme to be implemented in the Region under the BIOPAMA project. Deadline for submission : 21 February 2014 to email@example.com
The Action Plan will include: identified priorities, a workplan and draft for a Capacity Building strategy for the region in relations to BIOPAMA’s activities. The consultant is expected to deliver: a detailed CBP Action Plan (including suggested timetable, budget, methods and target audience(s)) and content outline for pro-active capacity interventions implemented through BIOPAMA.
Applications should include a CV (including contact details of two previous clients that can be contacted for references) and a motivation letter including the proposed timelines and methods for the consultancy and estimated costs. The budget should be submitted in local currency and EUR. These documents should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, 21 February 2014.
