The meeting brought together representatives of the parties to the Carpathian Convention (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Ukraine), representatives of the EC, Italy, the Alpine Convention, as well as numerous observers (ICPDR, IUCN, UNWTO, WWF, etc.).
