She is joined by Begoña Oliva and Pedro Marín Cots, Observatorio de Medio Ambiente Urbano in Málaga (OMAU). OMAU works with European and Latin-American cities and depends on the Malaga City Council - Ayuntamiento de Málaga, which is currently applying for IUCN membership.
