2008		 Conditions for purchasing an exhibition booth (3mx2m) at the Congress Centre are published on the Congress website.

2008		 All documents requiring decision by the World Conservation Congress will be sent to Members.
13 May 2008 Online registration will open for Congress attendees, hotel accommodation and travel excursions.

2008		  Deadline for IUCN Members to send online requests for exhibition booths
6 June
2008		 Deadline for receipt of motions by IUCN members for the World Conservation Congress. The online system to receive motions will open in February.
5 August
2008		 Dispatch motions to IUCN members.
25 September 2008 Online registration at the reduced fee will close.
5 October 2008 Opening of the World Conservation Congress.
