The IUCN Environmental Law Centre (ELC) has just released the Spanish version of the publication “Legal Frameworks for REDD: Design and Implementation at the National Level”. This publication identifies and analyses issues relating to the formulation and execution of laws and regulations for REDD at the national level. It was developed in collaboration with international and national REDD legal experts and includes case studies from Brazil, Cameroon, Guyana and Papua New Guinea.
